• Solid knowledge about footwear materials and construction, especially DIP & PU pouring, to meet key features and product performance goals.

• Ensure the product fits well and remains consistent by conducting careful checks, maintaining records, and clearly communicating with all concerned stakeholders.

• Build and maintain good communication and relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve monthly commercialization target plans.

• Approve article-wise patterns for making cutting dies.

• Conduct and confirm series size trials.

• Provide all kinds of tooling and technical measurement charts to the production floor.

• Check and assist in monitoring the production line during the startup of new articles.

• Provide complete guidelines to the QA team before bulk production.

• Proactively troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

• Drive initiatives to achieve operational cost efficiency.
