Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Food & Process Engineer to manage product formulation, quality control, and process optimization for food-grade and related consumer products. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring product safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve product formulations (Water, Coffee, Tea, Dairy, Spices, etc.)
Conduct shelf-life and stability testing to ensure product quality
Perform raw material testing and quality analysis
Ensure compliance with BSTI, BFSA, HACCP standards
Handle Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA) processes
Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Work with additives, preservatives, and packaging development
Assist in New Product Development (NPD) from concept to commercialisation.
Prepare documentation, lab setup, and audit readiness
Investigate and resolve product quality issues or failures
Coordinate with the production team if needed on factory floor operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the In-Charge or Appropriate Authority.
