Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare accurate shoe consumption and product costing by considering upper, sole, lining, insole, packaging, labor, overhead, and commercial expenses.
Analyze raw material prices, supplier quotations, and market trends to ensure competitive and updated costing alignment.
Negotiate price, payment terms, lead time, and commercial conditions with outsource suppliers to achieve optimum business value.
Coordinate with Product Management, Product Development, Production, Procurement, Finance, and suppliers to ensure smooth order execution and timely costing support.
Maintain and update costing, supplier, purchase, and related commercial data in ERP and OMS systems with strong accuracy and compliance.
Prepare cost analysis reports, variance analysis, and costing comparisons to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
Support sourcing and supplier evaluation activities by collecting and analyzing supplier capability, pricing, and operational information.
Monitor and review costing changes due to material price fluctuations, process changes, or commercial impacts and provide timely updates to concerned stakeholders.
Ensure all costing and sourcing activities are aligned with company policies, commercial requirements, and business objectives.
Assist management in any special costing, sourcing, or commercial projects as assigned from time to time.
