Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile engineering/Science/Business from Public,Private or Oversees University.

• Diploma or certification in Pattern Making / Garments Technology will addmore value.

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of woven / knit / denim pattern making (as applicable)

• Proficiency in manual and/or CAD pattern making systems(Gerber,Tukatech,Gemini,Lectra, Optitex,etc.)

• Good understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.

• Ability to interpret buyer tech packs and communicate with merchandising& sampling teams.

• Knowledge of size grading and fit standards

• Develop, modify, and finalize garment patterns based on buyer tech packs,sketches, and measurement sheets.

• Prepare base patterns, size sets, and grading as per buyer requirements.

• Ensure pattern accuracy for fit, balance, and construction before bulk production.

• Coordinate with sample section to resolve fitting and construction issues.

• Conduct fit sessions and implement necessary pattern corrections.

• Ensure patterns comply with buyer standards and factory production capability.

• Support costing by providing fabric consumption and marker efficiency data.

• Maintain proper documentation of approved patterns and revisions.

• Assist production team during pilot and bulk stages for pattern-related issues.

• Ensure on-time pattern delivery to meet sample and production deadlines.
