∎ Must have experience in Lasting section/Shoe production.
∎ Must have experience in Lasting section/Shoe production.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for preparing production planning to achieve target & maintain delivery date.
∎ Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor, merchandising department.
∎ Sound knowledge about Leather & Footwear breakdown & modern lay out system, extensive knowledge regarding Footwear costing.
∎ Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor, merchandising department.
∎ Measure line SMV, Efficiency and productivity.
∎ To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to shoe upper production.
∎ Must be team player with excellent leadership skill to run production for quality product and shipment on time.
∎ To identify the problems, discuss with technical team & give early alert to minimize the problem to ensure delivery on time.
∎ Perform other duties as when assigned by the management.
