∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 10-15 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite textile plant's lab, out of which 5- 7 years in required position.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on textile lab tests, sample development & bringing successful results
∎ Should have done Munsell hue test with excellent grade.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge about Spectrophotometer
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall activities of the Dyeing Lab and Research & Development related works of the Textile Plant.
∎ The ideal candidate will lead the Dyeing Physical & Chemical labs and ensure development of sample Fabrics of different Buyers as per the required colors/styles & other specifications in a cost-effective way.
∎ Key responsibilities of the position include:
∎ Manage the testing of textile materials and other related materials in accordance with established test methods.
∎ Analyze test data and obtain test reports as per the requirement.
∎ Maintains records, logs, files, and physical inventory of samples, finished products, and raw materials.
∎ Ensure proper Documentation of dye recipes and processes for each fabric order, for future reference.
∎ Train and mentor Lab Officer, Technician & Lab Assistant to become proficient in test performance and provide daily operational supervision and guidance to these associates.
