Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from any recognized university.
∎ Textile Engineer will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric Knitting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Yarn Analysis with Knit GSM Balancing by stich length.
∎ Maintain proper KPI / DHU / MMR / SMV / GSD etc. Target Ratio.
∎ To ensure all the garments are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products.
∎ Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
∎ Responsible for pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, and market research and brand strategy.
∎ Have to ensure quality of fabric.
∎ Have to develop different Structured Fabric/ design fabric of given Swatch.
∎ Have to ensure maximum Production.
∎ Schedule Capable to do Subcontracts Knitting of idle Machines.
∎ Very Good capable in Knitting Marketing
∎ Must be Maintain DIA
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Knitting Marketing.
∎ In-depth knowledge on RMG Sector & Textile (Knitting) .
∎ Must be target oriented & self motivated.
∎ Try or die mentality & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Good command in Computer basic (MS Word, Excel, mail etc)
∎ Good communication skill both in written & oral.
Salary: Negotiable
