Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare maintenance cost analysis and submit reports to management.

• Maintenance, installation, repair, operation, expansion and relocation of generator, Boiler, Compressor, ETP,WTP, all machine of knitting, Dyeing and Garments Utility Mapping works.

• Designing, Installation/Erection, Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management.

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all the maintenance related project components to ensure achievement of the Project objectives and completion in accordance with target, time, cost and quality objectives.

• Ensuring Electrical Safety and writing maintenance reports and keeping records. 

• Assigns train, direct, evaluate and discipline subordinate staff.

• Maintain compliance with audit requirements (RSC, BSCI, GOTS etc.).
