Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare maintenance cost analysis and submit reports to management.
Maintenance, installation, repair, operation, expansion and relocation of generator, Boiler, Compressor, ETP,WTP, all machine of knitting, Dyeing and Garments Utility Mapping works.
Designing, Installation/Erection, Facility Management, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management.
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all the maintenance related project components to ensure achievement of the Project objectives and completion in accordance with target, time, cost and quality objectives.
Ensuring Electrical Safety and writing maintenance reports and keeping records.
Assigns train, direct, evaluate and discipline subordinate staff.
Maintain compliance with audit requirements (RSC, BSCI, GOTS etc.).
