Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks across all units of the Group.
Ensure adherence to BNBC, NFPA standards, Fire Service & Civil Defense regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct regular fire risk assessments, hazard analysis, and safety audits.
Supervise installation, maintenance, and inspection of fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, alarms, detectors).
Design and lead fire drills, evacuation plans, and employee training programs.
Investigate fire-related incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with government regulatory bodies, RSC, fire service authorities, and emergency responders.
Monitor and manage fire safety budgets, resources, and manpower.
Build and promote a strong fire safety culture within the organization.
