Minimum 1–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the screen printing, printing, garment, or textile industry.Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, products, and market trends will be an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.Ability to generate new leads and achieve sales targets.Willingness to visit clients and conduct field marketing activities when required.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Ability to prepare sales reports, quotations, and client proposals.Must be target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take responsibility.Candidates with existing client networks in the printing, garment, textile, fashion, or promotional products industry will receive preference.

1. Generating new business leads and converting prospects into customers for screen printing services.

2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Promoting screen printing products and services through direct marketing, client visits, phone calls, and digital channels.

4. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable screen printing solutions based on their needs.

5. Preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and following up with clients to close sales.

6. Conducting market research to identify customer demands, competitor activities, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.

7. Visiting corporate clients, garment factories, fashion brands, promotional companies, and other potential customers to develop new business.

8. Coordinating with the production team to ensure customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules are properly maintained.

9. Following up on orders from confirmation to delivery and ensuring timely communication with clients.

10. Handling customer complaints and resolving printing-related issues promptly and professionally.

11. Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities for additional printing services and products.

12. Monitoring sales performance and preparing weekly and monthly marketing and sales reports for management.

13. Tracking market trends and developing marketing strategies to increase sales and strengthen the company’s market position.

14. Collecting customer feedback and coordinating with production and management teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
