Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Material Purchase Requisition (MPR), Purchase Order (PO), Material Receive Report (MRR)
Processing & checking bills of Contractors & Suppliers
Constantly check the quality of the construction work of contractors
To prepare a work schedule
Coordination with consultants regarding the collection of design, drawing, and technical specifications
Ensure the safety & Security of the site laborers/workers of the respective contractor`s field
Responsible for daily work supervision, ensuring the quality of work and the quality of materials being used in the respective project.
