• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Bachelor / Masters in any discipline. BBA/MBA in Marketing will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 to 4 year(s) experience in relevant field. Candidates having experience in Plastic Recycling / Dana Factory / PET Flakes / Scrap Business will get high preference. Freshers with strong networking and negotiation skills are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Must be hardworking, honest, and target-oriented.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh.

• Strong knowledge of wastage poly market is a big plus.

A1 Plastic OPC is a leading plastic granules (Dana) manufacturing company. We recycle wastage poly to produce high-quality Recycle dana for reuse. We are looking for energetic and experienced Marketing Executives whose primary responsibility will be sourcing and purchasing wastage poly from all over Bangladesh. This is a highly challenging role - only those who are ready to take challenges, work under pressure, and achieve targets should apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and purchase wastage poly / Unused Polythene Like LDPE, HDPE from different open markets, factories, and suppliers warehouse across the country.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of suppliers, (Various Garments Factory, Packaging Factory) scrap dealers, and vendors.

• Negotiate pricing, quality, quantity, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to the factory.

• Achieve monthly procurement targets for raw materials.

• Conduct market research to find new sources and competitive prices for wastage poly.

• Maintain daily procurement reports and update management.

• Build long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain.

• Visit outside Dhaka frequently for sourcing purposes.

• Salary: Negotiable (Attractive salary package based on experience and performance)
