SignEdge BD is a signage and branding solutions company specializing in signboards, ACP signboards, LED signage, printing, and customized branding solutions. We are looking for two motivated, professional, and target-oriented executives to strengthen our sales, marketing, and telemarketing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other communication channels to generate business leads.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce company services, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, retail businesses, shops, restaurants, showrooms, and other commercial establishments.

• Explain products and services, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate prices professionally.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers to close sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain customer databases, call records, lead information, and sales reports.

• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

• Support promotional campaigns, market research, and other sales and marketing activities as required.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience and strong sales skills may receive preference regardless of academic background.

Experience Requirements

• Experienced candidates will receive the highest priority.

• Candidates with prior experience in sales, telemarketing, telesales, corporate sales, digital lead generation, or customer acquisition will be preferred.

• Experience in signage, printing, advertising, branding, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may apply, but experienced candidates will be prioritized.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales-closing abilities.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with potential clients.

• Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into orders.

• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and customer data management.

• Familiarity with Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and online lead generation.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, punctual, and professionally presentable.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
