Responsibilities & Context:
Product Costing & Profitability Analysis: Conduct SKU-wise product costing, including BOM, overhead allocation, cost sheets, and margin analysis for existing and new products, including export sales.
Cost Control & Variance Analysis: Analyze actual versus standard material consumption, labor, and overhead costs; identify deviations and recommend cost-reduction initiatives.
Production Performance Analysis: Monitor production efficiency, yield, capacity utilization, and resource utilization to identify operational improvement opportunities.
Inventory & Import Costing: Manage inventory valuation, including WIP and finished goods, and calculate LC-wise landed costs of imported materials.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Prepare annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets, monitor expenditures, and analyze budget-versus-actual performance.
Management Reporting & Internal Controls: Prepare monthly performance reports, strengthen financial controls, and implement effective policies, processes, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
