Responsibilities & Context:
- Achieve production targets in accordance with quality standards.
- Implement programs as directed by higher authorities.
- Ensure follow-up on Customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to the production schedule
- Ensure proper product stacking and maintain floor cleanliness.
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the approved manpower setup.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee attendance records.
- Follow timely machine maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper cleaning of the machine at the end of each work shift.
- Ensure proper maintenance of stock inventory.
