Responsibilities & Context:
The Area Sales Manager (General Trade) will be responsible for achieving primary & secondary sales targets and driving distribution growth within the assigned territory.
The role involves managing distributor operations, ensuring effective execution of trade schemes and pricing compliance, and expanding market coverage.
The incumbent will lead and develop the sales team, conduct regular market visits, and monitor competitor activities to drive sustainable business growth.
