Additional Requirements:
05–07 years in life Sales/Digital Sales, Distribution, with at least 03 years in senior sales leadership.
Group Life & Health insurance, microinsurance, and digital sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead business growth, premium income and policy targets across B2C and B2B2C channels
Hunt business leads and sign institutional partner
Direct community mapping and market surveys to find high-potential clusters
Train and lead the sales team
Plan and execute expansion into new sales areas
Define sales territories, targets, incentive structures and sales processes; run regular performance reviews, clients office visits.
Lead and execute the customer services, both to individual and corporate clients.
Lead activities to develop customer awareness.
