Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Information Technology
∎ CSE - Computer Science and Engineering

∎ Proven experience in IT management or a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully implementing IT solutions.
∎ In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Budget management experience.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Strategy Development: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives to support growth and innovation.
∎ Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
∎ Security and Compliance: Ensure the security of data and information systems by implementing and monitoring security measures, policies, and protocols. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
∎ Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the availability and effectiveness of outsourced IT services.
∎ Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage the IT budget effectively, making strategic decisions to optimize resources and control costs.
∎ Software and Applications: Evaluate, select, and implement software and applications that improve operational efficiency and support business processes.
∎ Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
∎ Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
∎ Reporting: Generate regular reports on IT performance, including uptime, security incidents, and IT project status, for executive management.
