• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Age 34 to 40 years

• Minimum 10-12 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong expertise in networking, ERP, cybersecurity, and system administration.

• Experience with AI/Software development preferred.

International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 15 countries with over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015.  It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.

ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate to lead our information & Technological operations across both Corporate and Factory locations. The role will oversee AI Engineering, Software Development, Network Administration, and Hardware Support, ensuring secure, efficient, and innovative IT services that support business growth.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Network & Security Management – Configure, maintain, and administer LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Sophos firewall to ensure secure and smooth connectivity.

• System Administration – Oversee and upgrade hardware, software, servers, and overall IT infrastructure to maintain high security and performance.

• ERP & Applications Management – Manage deployment, monitoring, upgrades, and support for ERP systems, websites, databases, telephones, and related software applications.

• Email & Anti-Spam Administration – Ensure smooth operation of company-wide email systems with proper spam control and issue resolution.

• IT Policy & SOP Development – Design and implement IT policies, SOPs, documentation, and conduct training/workshops to strengthen organizational IT practices.

• User Support & Satisfaction – Provide end-user support, ensuring accessibility, timely troubleshooting, and effective IT solutions for all departments.

• Vendor & Contract Management – Negotiate, evaluate, and manage IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring value, quality, and compliance with contracts.

• Budget & Financial Control – Manage IT budgets, purchasing, cost-benefit analysis, and financial planning for technology investments.

• Business Solutions & Projects – Analyze business needs, propose IT-driven solutions, and lead major projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and technology integrations.

• Compliance & Licensing – Ensure compliance with software licensing, IT audits, and company/global IT standards.

• Team Leadership – Lead, train, and mentor the IT team, setting clear goals and evaluating their performance to build a high-performing department.

• Global & Regional IT Coordination – Collaborate with global IT teams for software implementation and supervise regional IT operations to maintain international standards.
