Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role requires a deep understanding of production processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team to meet production targets and quality standards.
∎ The Extrusion Manager / In-charge will play a critical role in maintaining the performance and reliability of the extrusion section, contributing to the overall productivity of the plant.
∎ Experience in the aluminum extrusion plant / industry are highly desired, Having sound knowledge about extrusion Dies, extrusion machineries, manpower management.
∎ Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, Proficiency in scheduling of profiles, profile manufacturing as per schedule, regular communicate with die shop, check profile hardness.
∎ The Extrusion Manager / In-charge of the Production Department of Aluminum profile will be responsible for overseeing the entire extrusion process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality surface treatment of aluminum profiles.
∎ This role requires a deep understanding of production processes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team to meet production targets and quality standards.
