Job Context:
∎ The Post-Sales Technical Networking Specialist has a critical role within the organization responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers after the sale of networking products and solutions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing post-implementation issues, optimizing network performance, and assisting with ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration and Integration: Configuring and integrating Active Solutions Includes Firewall, Core Network (Cisco, Alcatel, HP Aruba, Ruckus).
∎ Network Optimization: Analyze customers' network setups and recommend improvements to enhance network performance and security.
∎ Escalation Management: Handle escalated support cases efficiently, keeping stakeholders informed about the progress and providing regular updates until resolution is achieved.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding their needs, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
∎ Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Networking problems, analyze network traffic and identify threats.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and technical documentation to enable self-service for customers.
∎ Team Management: Establishing clear objectives, defining success criteria, and ensuring team members understand their roles in achieving these goals.
∎ Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and architectures (TCP/IP, VLANs, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
∎ Have good skills in Planning, coordination, and execution physical site surveys.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required for critical customer issues or projects.
∎ Project references: at least 2 large scale active network solution sale.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 80,000/ month with additional company benefits as of company policy
