Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Support: Assist Manager in handling all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure. Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
∎ Solution Design: Work closely with the OEM(S) to design customized networking solutions that align with the client's requirements and business objectives. Present these solutions to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
∎ Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their networking needs, challenges, and objectives. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling networking and provide solutions.
∎ Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Leverage your technical knowledge to recommend innovative solutions and position our offerings competitively in the market.
∎ Pre-Sales Activities: Support the Pre-Sales Manager in conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for clients. Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and promote our solutions.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Service, to ensure seamless communication and alignment during the pre-sales & Post Sales.
∎ RFP/RFI Management: Manage and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) from potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
∎ Sales Analytics: Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales metrics, performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
∎ Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research to identify strengths and weaknesses in the market and use this information to refine our sales strategies.
∎ Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the pre-sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Prepare Priced Based on Solution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in pre-sales support or a sales engineering role within the networking industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of networking technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, and other related products.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Expertise on MS-Office is a Must.
∎ Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required for critical customer issues or projects.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 45,000/ month with additional company benefits as of company policy
