Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering from any reputed university.

• Postgraduate qualification (PGD/Master’s in IE, Textile or related field) will be considered an added advantage.

• Professional training or certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Production Planning.

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum 2 years experience in Managerial post.
• Proven expertise in production planning and industrial engineering, particularly in the garment manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
• Solid analytical capabilities with a focus on driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally with various departments.

We are a leading, 100% export-oriented woven tops garment manufacturer seeking a dynamic and highly professional individual for the position of Manager, IE. The ideal candidate will be energetic, proactive & capable of handling challenges with a strong, self-driven attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Fast React software.

• Possess comprehensive technical knowledge in production planning and control.

• Lead, manage, optimize manpower and equipment capacity to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness and minimal wastage.

• Supervise the IE team from head office to enhance productivity and balance production processes to achieve optimal capacity utilization.

• Identify deviations in production plans and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

• Oversee the full production cycle, from fabric receipt to finished goods delivery.

• Drive sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process.

• Analyze key operational and cost metrics, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved profitability.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to key employees, promoting best practices and enhancing performance efficiency.

• Evaluate worker performance, review operator skill levels, and implement corrective training as necessary.

• Coordinate closely with Marketing teams to align production, lead times and shipment schedules with pricing strategies.

• Ensure optimal utilization of personnel and machinery.

• Collaborate directly with management to execute additional tasks as required.
