• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) will be an added advantage.

• Age At most 35 years

• Strong understanding of the apparel business process (Sampling, Merchandising, Inventory, Purchase, Commercial, Production, IE, Planning, Finance, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of MS SQL and Power BI

• Intermediate-level knowledge of MS Excel

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Team player

• Provide end-to-end support to ERP users and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations.
• Monitor the overall ERP system, track pending tasks/issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Train end-users on ERP processes and provide post-implementation support as needed.
• Manage inventory-related ERP activities and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Gather, document, and communicate user requirements to enhance ERP functionality.
• Coordinate closely with the ERP team to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
