Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first aid and basic medical care to workers during working hours.
Maintain accurate health records and assist with medical leave documentation.
Conduct health awareness sessions on hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Monitor sanitation and hygiene conditions across the factory premises.
Support female workers with menstrual health, prenatal/postnatal guidance, and counseling.
Respond to workplace emergencies and coordinate referrals to hospitals when needed.
Assist HR with pre-employment medical checks and return-to-work fitness assessments.
Organize vaccination drives and routine health screenings in collaboration with local health authorities.
Prepare monthly health reports and support compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain confidentiality and provide empathetic support for sensitive health issues.
