Experience:

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Merchandising

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.

• Age 25 to 40 years

10+ years of experience in fashion design, product development, or design leadership.

Strong understanding of knitwear, casualwear, graphics, fabric, trims, fit, wash, and garment construction.

Experience leading a design team or managing design/product development projects.

Strong presentation, communication, and team management skills.

Ability to balance creativity, commercial value, costing, and production feasibility.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design software.

CLO3D or Browzwear experience will be an added advantage.

Lead seasonal trend research, mood boards, colour palettes, fabric direction, and collection concepts.

Develop creative and commercial collections for international buyers.

Guide, review, and improve the work of senior designers, junior designers, and design executives.

Work closely with merchandising, sampling, fabric, trims, print, embroidery, washing, and production teams.

Present design concepts, collections, and development ideas to management and buyers.

Ensure designs are practical for costing, sampling, production, and delivery timelines.

Build and maintain range plans, sample trackers, presentation boards, fabric libraries, and collection archives.

Support the long-term identity and professional standard of the Design House.
