• Age At least 15 years

• Minimum 7 or more years’ experience.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Garments

• Additional Job requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Excellent command over English (both written and spoken).

• Maintain regular communication with buyers regarding inquiries, developments, orders, and shipment status, understand buyer requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Prepare accurate garment costing sheets, Analyze material consumption and production costs.

• Good idea of production and execution.

• Marketing and developing new buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers.

• Coordinate sample development activities from concept to approval.

• Follow up on fabric, trims, accessories, and sample submissions.

• Ensure development samples meet buyer requirements and deadlines.

• Review technical packages, specifications, and measurement charts.

• Ensure target margins are achieved, Receive and review purchase orders (POs).

• Create Time and Action (T&A) plans and monitor progress.

• Coordinate with sourcing, planning, production, quality, and commercial departments.

• Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery, Coordinate sourcing of fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Follow up on material approvals and delivery schedules.

• Ensure materials meet quality standards and buyer specifications.

• Monitor production schedules and capacity planning,

• Track daily production progress against shipment plans.

• Ensure products comply with buyer quality requirements, Coordinate inspections and quality approvals.

• Coordinate with commercial and logistics teams for shipment arrangements.

• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and completed on time.

• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery performance.

• Resolve shipment-related issues promptly, Prepare merchandising reports and order status updates.
