Job Descriptions:
The technical lead responsible for overseeing the dyeing and finishing processes of woven garments like denim or twill.
To create a lab dip- (stock solutions) as per buyer standard.
To convert to the leg table/create lab dip color solution (weight 500gm) material.
Applying to on first trial sample garments.
After confirming the dye combination & recipe then to apply it to the actual sample.
The dyeing master conducts all bulk pre-trials and pilot run lots together with the production 1st bulk team and ensures the recipe is fixed for bulk.
To collect the wash recipe. If did not have a wash recipe, the dyeing master advises the dyeing technician, how to make it.
To ensure the readiness of initial 1 to 20 Pcs garments according to wash standards.
To ensure ready of the production sample (P/S) according to wash standard/sample.
Making the PP sample wash faster for the meeting date.
Discuss any critical issues with Asst. R&D Manager.
To explain the daily activities correctly to the dyeing technician & sample man and discuss if any kind of problem and solve the problem.
To monitor dyeing technician & sample man are present on time and perform their work properly.
Conduct random shade and weight checks, manage rejection rates, and prepare for buyer audits.
To ensure and follow up on buyer requirements.
To conduct periodical training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues.
To ensure compliance on adherence to environmental, social and health and safety guidelines.
To manage recipe formulation, ensure color consistency, and optimize machine utilization while meeting all buyer quality and sustainability standards.
Identify opportunities for Continuous improvement within all facets of the organization.
Any related activities assigned by the management.
