∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Mawlana Bhasani Science and Technology University, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Industrial Engineering

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Industrial & Production Engineering, Knit Garments Production Management (Sample)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Using IE method/tools.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover IE & WS activities in all departments.
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency.
∎ Setting IE team and ensuring that the targets are achieved.
∎ Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ To develop the samples with required wash/treatment along with several proposition.
∎ Provide all necessary technical assistance to sampling and research and development jobs.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning
∎ Do method / Motion / Time study in line for each style.
∎ Capacity study of line for setting standards targets and line balancing.
∎ Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
∎ Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.
∎ Co-ordinate with Quality and Merchandising Team.
∎ Better Communication & Cooperation skill with all relevant departments.
∎ Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Any other task provided by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
∎ Must be smart, dynamic, innovative, strategic thinker and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system.
