∎ The applicant should have experience of Knit.
∎ Able to conduct pre-production meetings.
∎ Able to contribute to improve quality with problem solving ability.
∎ Good machinery knowledge.
∎ Good Team spirit Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good understanding of manufacturing process in garment field.
∎ Must be fluent in both written and verbal English.
∎ Must have basic computer skills and comfortable with mobile emailing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee final inspection processes to guarantee high-quality garments, aligning with buyer expectations and maintaining product excellence throughout.
∎ To give necessary directives to the Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer to get approval for mass production.
∎ To keep close eyes to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule.100% honest in all aspect.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans for the entire factory garments production operation, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
∎ Optimize production efficiency, plan processes, and train teams in modern procedures and automation for improved output, achieving set targets effectively.
∎ Monitor order status and facilitate regular meetings with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure optimal order planning, pricing, production, lead time, and shipment.
∎ Improve profitability by identifying and capitalizing on cost-reduction opportunities through integrated planning, information analysis, and process optimization.
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.
∎ If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then the reason is to be found out from the production manager and he is to be guided for more production.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To ensure proper planning to ensure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Giving feedback to garments Buyer and Buyer QC.
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
