Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all sewing lines, sections, units are running as per plan efficiency.
∎ Ensure Efficiency & Productivity improvement and visualization by using different tools.
∎ Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including line efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT and rework.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
∎ Ensure process re-engineering of Production planning and execution considering capacity calculation of the factory.
∎ Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5's.
∎ Maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counseling and motivation.
∎ Follow up Calculation of Standard Minute Value (SMV) for specific product.
∎ Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.
∎ Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs
