Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Factory HR Administration in Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the factory HR, Administration, and Compliance functions.
∎ Ensuring all the regulatory and statutory requirements.
∎ Assist Factory Management to prepare and maintain yearly HR & Administrative budget.
∎ Recruit, retain and maintain pool of talents in the organization as per business objective by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
∎ Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended as per law of the land.
∎ Implement various employee engagement initiative to keep workforce motivated and with high morale.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal of employees.
∎ Drive training and development activities for both management and non-management employees in line with training need.
∎ Monitor, review and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
∎ Maintain liaison with government and non-government organizations, and various local bodies for better functioning of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to create and revise procedures.
∎ Sound knowledge about factory compliance, health & safety issue.
∎ Experience in handling different buyer and social audit.
∎ Good communication and leadership skill.
