Experience in related of operations/ production/ technical area.
Responsibilities & Context:
Knowledge in the garments trade in auto sewing, knitting, mechanical, technological development and production.
Involve new method implementations and responsible for quality standards
Accountable for examined samples and ability to feed lines effectively & accurately
Assure the machine set up, adjustment, maintenance, and services as per requirement of the factory
Supervise within the department for consumables cost control and needle cost control per day/month
Monitor dangerous tools and needles control for facing audit and avoid machine idle time due to machine break down
Trained up all new staff regarding the assigned position.
