Educational Requirements:

∎ Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role in any hospital/healthcare institution is preferable.
∎ Strong relationship-building skills, find ways to go the extra mile and connects well with others.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
∎ Strong judgment and decision-making skills.

We are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic, and enthusiastic person for the following position: Manager, Human Resources.
∎ He/she will be part of the HR team who will drive and implement human resource strategies and initiatives. He/she will partner with line department heads closely and be responsible for the management of both hospital operational and branch human resource matters, which include strategic workforce planning, manpower reviews and budgeting, talent acquisition & management, performance management, compensation & benefits, process improvement, employee relations, and workplace productivity. You will also ensure that all HR practices are aligned with the Hospital`s policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the hospital’s vision, mission, values and objectives.
∎ Play a lead role in the full cycle recruitment and selection process including assessing position requirements with HoDs, posting job openings, liaising with job portals, reviewing and screening CVs, conducting interviews, oversee inductions, etc.
∎ Direct and facilitate the onboarding of new employees including the Orientation process, collection and maintenance of new employee information, entry into the HRIS system, and employee access.
∎ Develop detailed job descriptions for new positions, review existing positions, and present options on organizational structure, roles, responsibilities, and staffing levels.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
∎ Play a lead role for performance management systems (PMS).
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, based on data collection and analysis/HR Metrics, including recommendations and action plans.
∎ Use HRM software on human resources matters, maintain and update employee files and records.
∎ Ensure compliance of staff with Policies and Processes of the organization.
∎ Maintain regular and timely communication with various departments, manpower agencies, vendors, etc.
∎ Facilitate disciplinary actions and collaborate with Management in the Investigation process.
