Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develops structure and policy related to human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and many more
∎ Will be required to build HR manual from scratch
∎ Conduct recruitment:job description, job posting, interview, test, and select employees
∎ Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
∎ Keep records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, promotions, performance reviews, terminations and maintain employee statistics.
∎ Coordinate management training to build a friendly workplace.
∎ Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
∎ Build KPI structure, performance bonus etc.
∎ Administer benefits programs such as life, health, and insurance, pension, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
∎ Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
∎ Build employee retention programs
∎ Build structure to maintain employee discipline in all branches overseeing from head office
