∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Manager, HR is responsible for effective implementation of all HR Operations and organizational as well as departmental strategies to increase employee satisfaction. Manager, HR also will respond to internal correspondence, take HR initiatives and help to determine distribution channels for HR information and HR complaiance. She/he also may need to contribute to emergency/ onsite Payroll Process, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other Strategic HR issues, if required. She/he will be managing a team of human resources professionals, as well as resolve conflicts within organizational teams.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Working closely with various departments/programmes of field offices of BRAC, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Organise refreshers of policy orientation for existing staff
∎ Facilitate the internal grievance management and discipline issues in coordination with HO HRD
∎ Supervise & follow -up all activities of HROs and HRIS team to ensure smooth HR operations
∎ To Identify, retain & develop the talents by coordinating with AGM, HR and HO focal.
∎ Ensure on time performance appraisal, customer support, career development initiative
∎ Assist to develop mechanisms for volunteer and short-term contract staff performance appraisal tools and disseminate those
∎ Assist SMT and HRD to design, direct and manage an organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, workforce development, employee retention, organization design, and change management
∎ Manages employee communication and feedback through different mechanism such as meetings, sharing views & suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, one-to-one meetings etc
∎ Identify and monitor the organization's culture that is aligned with the organizational goals, mission, vision and promotes employee satisfaction
∎ Take part at different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organisational brand value, where applicable.
∎ Participate in different training, meeting and forums on HR operational issues and HR policy and procedures
∎ Programme visits to improve understanding on program and process
∎ Collaborate with Head Office HR and HR partners of different programmes to solved/ improvise critical HR issues.
