Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Banskhali, Chattogram Site Office.
∎ Overall responsible to rollout the E&T (Education & Training) agenda of the HR department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To bringing out skill gap of each employee working in the plants and developing rudder diagram accordingly.
∎ Preparation of training module for each skill area in consultation with respective plant heads.
∎ Preparation of training calendar based on TNA exercise and rollout accordingly.
∎ To identify internal / external resources/agencies as trainer based on training modules.
∎ Preparation of annual training budget and take management approval.
∎ Develop succession plan for each key resources of the company and execute.
∎ Develop competency-based TNA for the seniors and arrange training accordingly.
∎ Be a member of PMS rollout process.
∎ Preparation of Jobs description.
∎ Preparation of Organization Chart.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05-07 years of experience in HR - Education & Training.
