Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall HR of Group of Factories.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of HR functions of the mills.
∎ Conversant with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR issues.
∎ Ensure appropriate recruitment and maintain required Machine-Man Ratio.
∎ Ensure in providing professional HR support in respect of incorporating best HR practices in performing manpower planning, job evaluation, recruitment and placement, training & development, performance appraisal, managing career & succession planning, compensation & strategic pay planning, developing organization culture, setting KPI and employee relations.
∎ Supervise day-to-day HR activities, assigned work schedule, policies & procedural enforcement, leave management, preparing salary & wages sheet using payroll software and monitored daily attendance and absenteeism.
∎ Ensure in providing HR advice and support to HR managers/line managers/department manager in explaining procedures and policies in a timely effective manner, ensure proper handling of grievances and disciplinary procedures complying the HR Manual and the provision of Labor act 2006.
∎ Ensure proper assessment of organization's compensation and benefits package, which involves Salary survey, Job evaluation, develop pay grade etc; and processed for recommendations as appropriate and feasible for the organization as well as ensured annual salary review process and made recommendation for further course of action.
∎ Prepare & ensure written job responsibilities of all concerned.
∎ Keeping the needs, be able to process promotions & increments.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct related to HR.
∎ Be well conversant about Labour Court Cases and disposal procedure.
∎ Able to efficiently deal/communicate with Govt/Non-Govt/NGOs & maintain liaison for company's interest.
∎ Coordinate with top management & shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Resolve employees grievance in a proactive manner.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment.
∎ Ensure BGMEA given Data Base is updated & payments cleared.
∎ Have to ensure timely selection & placement.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Proven track record of HR in Garments Sector
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
