Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM or Master in Management.
∎ Candidates having PGDHRM degree will get preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead Compliance team & ensure perfect results in Accord, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, WPA, GOTS, Oekotex, and all other social compliance, safety, technical & security audits
∎ To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
∎ To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
∎ To maintain relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & route case analysis.
∎ To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training etc. effectively.
∎ To assist in preparing / updating policies for compliance
∎ To arrange all kinds of meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers.
∎ To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place
∎ Sound knowledge in latest Labor Laws & Salary Gadgets
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management as & when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) as Manager in Export oriented Sweater Factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR / Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in related field
∎ Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound knowledge in Recruitment and Selection activities
∎ Knowledge in Microsoft applications particularly Word, Excel and Power point
∎ Fluent English and in local language of the country.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance compliance issue.
