Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Tannery/Footwear

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• Lead and manage the overall HR & Compliance functions of the Home-textile factory.

• Execute overall HR & Compliance related activities.

• Manage and monitor factory certifications, social compliance, health & safety, and environmental sustainability.

• Adequate knowledge about Social Compliance Audits, such as - BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP.

• Ensure full compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and local/ international compliance standards - BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX.

• Prepare and face compliance audits by buyers and third-party organizations.

• Maintain HR records, data, payroll, and employee files.

• Execute administrative tasks, such as - logistics support, and documentation.

• Restructure and revise HR policies to ensure modern and sustainable practices.

• Prepare HR analytics and reports for management decisions.

• Conduct regular training sessions and internal audits on compliance, safety, and code of conduct.

• Liaise with government bodies (DIFE, Dept of Labour, Fire Service, etc.) and local authorities when needed.

• Promote and ensure a positive & collaborative working environment and workplace harmony.
