Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and update attendance and leave of the employees
∎ Coordinate recruitment & selection process
∎ Develop and review Job Description as per requirement
∎ Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR paper works in an efficient, timely, orderly and confidential manner
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, letters as directed by the supervisor
∎ Assist in HR Policy preparation and execution
∎ Assist in Confirmation and Resignation Management
∎ Assist in Disciplinary Cases
∎ Coordinate Meeting, Workshop, Training and any other events
∎ Deliver any other reports as and when required by the Management
∎ Plan & conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards Company.
∎ Prepare budget of human resources operations.
∎ Provide general administrative supports to all employees

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Hotel Resort or Hospitality HR related experience
∎ Good communication skills in both Bengali and English
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Good analytical skill
∎ Must be willing to work additional hours

Salary: Negotiable
