Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
∎ Oversee all recruitment and ensure that the recruitment process is conducted in a fair, transparent and competitive manner in strict accordance with applicable Group policy and procedures. And ensure the right person is in a right place.
∎ Developing plans for employees' performance management & performance appraisal process, motivation, reward, and punishment actions.
∎ To establish & supervise an effective succession plan for all departments.
∎ Oversee the entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Disciplinary actions & grievance, termination, dismissal and other related HR Administration processes of the company.
∎ Handling, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Oversee the separation process for all employees' separations; ensure that the separation checklist is completed and signed prior to the employee's departure.
∎ Provide day-to-day advice and consultation to top management, HODs, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.
∎ To maintain effective & continuous communication & coordination with both top management and factory management.
∎ To maintain coordination with various internal departments (i.e. Finance & Accounts, Transport, IT etc.) for different HR-related issues.
∎ To ensure that organizational charts/Organogram & job description of all functional departments are up to date.
∎ Maintain and periodically update the organizational Grade, Salary and Position matrix in coordination with the higher management and get the related information from a similar type of organization
∎ Direct and oversee the processing of payroll management, final settlement bills etc.
∎ To perform any other related task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Shall have strong communication & coordination skills.
∎ Must have strong negotiation skills.
∎ Shall have strong interpersonal & leadership skills.
∎ Must have the abilities to work under pressure.
