Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ PGDHRM from any reputed Institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Adequate knowledge & experience on payroll management.
∎ Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
∎ Manage the development and implementation of training programs according Training & Development policies.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
∎ Conduct entry interviews to ensure person and job requirement match is made
∎ Responsible for various HR initiatives which includes new hire, performance review process, training & development, morale boosting efforts, HRIS, payroll administration, maintain records etc.
∎ Developing proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff.
∎ Look after healthy workplace, meals, hygiene and environment
∎ Provide employee orientation and induction for all newly hired employees & maintain the HR database.
∎ Needs to have a basic understanding of all licenses regarding maintaining and operating factory, i: e: Factory trade license, fire license, environment license, factory inspectorate directorate license, IRC, ISO, Factory fair policy etc.
∎ Ensuring a smooth relationship between management and staff & workers. Mitigating any conflict/Grievance handling in consultation with management.
∎ Leave Record and OT sheets are prepared as per local laws.
∎ To implement KPI based performance management system.
∎ To communicate with BEZA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Maintain various registers and service books as per labor law
∎ Assessing Manpower demand from the concern department.
∎ Job design and development based on organizational and departmental goal.
∎ Comply grievance handling procedure & counseling of employees.
∎ Ensure implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 in the factory.
∎ Expected objectives should be achieved by working with neutrality between employer and employee/worker.
∎ Monthly HR report generation and submission to the management on time.
∎ Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR activities.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in the relevant field. Expertise in Pre-Fabricated Steel Building Manufacturing Industries will be considered as added advantage.
