Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Sales Promoter in achieving sales target set by the Company.
∎ Ensure that the window, interior and lobby display is in orderly condition displays to follow Company policy and seasonal directives.
∎ Deposit daily intake to safeguard Company cash and assets according to policy.
∎ Maintain proper service to customers
∎ Keep daily administration; maintain standard requirements for staff appearance.
∎ Accounting up-to-date according to Company policy
∎ Growth percentage over last year same month
∎ Achievement on Contribution factor
