∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ This position is responsible to effectively manage overall factory HR & Compliance activities as well as administrative issues with the close collaboration of the management.
∎ Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and direct recruitment & selection of new workforce as well as new employee orientation
∎ Plan and conduct training and development for the employee's skill development
∎ Formulate SOPS, Policies, and HR Strategies and drive the organizational development process.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures with compliance of Labour Law, BEPZA Law and other laws relevant to the RMG and manufacturing sector.
∎ Liaison with BEPZA, Fire & Civil Defence, Labour Office, Labour Court, Police Station, etc.
∎ Preparation of factory floors/working environments in accordance with social compliance standards as per buyer/customer standards and requirements.
∎ Capable of handling HRP, Social and Compliance audit independently of different customer.
∎ Act as an HR partner to the management team, counselling on human issues, and talent acquisition/development with agility.
∎ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff and make independent decisions affecting all operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Factory HR Administration, Garments Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing sector.
∎ Experience in a manufacturing factory will be an added advantage.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Should be proactive and result oriented.
∎ Should have good knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and attendance software.
Salary: Negotiable
