Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ MBA in HRM from reputed University
∎ PGD in HRM will get priority

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper administrative operation and function of the company.
∎ Ensure HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Execution of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, Training & Development.
∎ Follow-up/ Handling company compliance and sustainable compliance issue.
∎ Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
∎ Monitor & Maintain Leave and Attendance
∎ To prepare Departmental Budget (monthly, half-yearly, yearly etc.).
∎ To organize and prepare factories for handling different audits like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP Accord and Alliance, along with other social / ethical/ environmental / Technical audit etc.
∎ Responsible to make and implement compliance policies as per local law & different buyer's code of conduct.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance / Code of Conduct (Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues) etc.
∎ Communicate with buying house, third party audit firm, fire & civil defense department, labor office, labor court, BGMEA, Police station, local influence & labor organization.
∎ To follow-up & ensure timely implementation of all CAP given.
∎ To lead a team and to be skilled them, to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ Any other responsibilities when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, HRIS/HR Database Management, Labor Union Management
∎ Have a great sense of urgency
∎ Advanced verbal and written communication skills
∎ Excellent persuasion skills and a go-getter
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ An excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory in reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Sound knowledge in working with MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner

Salary: Negotiable
