Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master’s in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead HR admin compliance team of the specific business unit of the Factory
∎ Prepare Human Resources Plan and budget of that plant
∎ Responsible for the recruitment both worker and staff of the business unit
∎ Conduct yearly appraisal and take approval from business head and Management
∎ To ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Accord/Alliance
∎ Responsible for the audit of social compliance like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Technical/Quality Assurance audit, Accord/Alliance audit, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), FCCA ,
∎ Responsible for CAP (corrective action plans) and follow up as per schedule
∎ Handle H& M HIGG social and environment Index on self-evaluation and validation
∎ Handle employee grievances in line with organization policy, Process final payment of the employee etc.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Only males with sound health are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 Years' experience as HR/Admin Compliance in a Garments factory.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Amendment -2015 is must
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance Audit Procedure
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Must have knowledge Quality Management system.
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.

Salary: Negotiable
