- Code review + Git workflow + branching + PR reviews
- Writes specs for devs, estimates, manages sprints

Scope of work
- Finalize Architecture 1-pager + tech stack
- Define DB schema + API contracts
- Set up repo, environments (dev/staging/prod), CI/CD
- Break work into tasks for freelancers; enforce coding standards
- Weekly demo integration and release
- Security review + performance basics Handover docs
