Scope
- Implement UI screens from Figma:
- Dashboard, supplier pages, evidence vault, imports UI, DPP builder, reports, portals
- Integrate with backend APIs
- Implement role-based navigation and permission states
- Create reusable UI components (table, filter bar, chips, modal)
