Writes validation rules (Excel import), workflows (approvals, requests)
Acceptance criteria, user stories, edge cases
Scope
Write Functional Spec (screen-by-screen)
Create data dictionary (Supplier/Product/Material/Docs/DPP)
Create UAT checklist and test scenarios
Maintain backlog with priorities (“must have” vs “nice to have”)
